What to Expect

Month 1

Kick Off Call

We’ll learn about your health and fitness goals so we can build a plan.

Prep Work

Download the app, start tracking, and get yourself in the mindset for change.

First Check-In

Review plans, set workouts, and determine your first mini goals.

Month 2

Weekly Check-Ins

The 2nd month is when things will really begin to take shape. Habits will start to form and you’ll hit your stride.

Progress Check

At the 6-week check-in we’ll spend a little extra time recapping your progress so far and reset your goals.

Month 3

Final Check-In

In our last meeting, we’ll

  • Evaluate progress

  • Check-in with goals

  • Discuss next steps

This is when you’ll feel empowered to embody other areas of your personal wellness.
